Rooted in experiential learning, we have pivoted our research over the past 8 years to focus on the biggest challenges faced by job seekers and employers. In our current times and shifts in the North American job market, starting at home here in Ontario, we are taking a step back and preparing for what next to bring to our stakeholder community.

We're shifting our focus to explore how AI is shaping the future of youth employment, and how young people can thrive in a tech-driven job market.
